Information you provide
The enquiry form requires your name, mobile number, email address and selected residence. It also includes your enquiry type and consent to be contacted.
Submission and service providers
When you submit with consent, your details are sent securely through Pabbly Connect to Design My Shangri-La for property follow-up. Pabbly and the property team's connected services may process and retain your enquiry under their own practices. This website does not retain your contact details in browser storage or a separate local lead database. A short-lived receipt cookie enables the thank-you confirmation.
Campaign information and IP address
We include the visitor IP address supplied by our hosting provider when available, landing page, referring website and advertising parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, term, content and Google click identifiers. Advertising-only attribution is held in session storage for the current browser session; no contact details are stored there. UTM term identifies a configured advertising keyword, not necessarily a visitor's exact search query.
Purpose and consent
Your details are used to respond to your selected property request and arrange follow-up by phone, email or WhatsApp with your consent. The consent box is checked by default but can be unticked before submission. Contact the website owner at vishal@designmyshangrila.in to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information held by the property team. Direct WhatsApp contact is optional and subject to WhatsApp's privacy practices.
Your choices
You can untick the consent box and choose not to submit. Do not enter sensitive financial or identification information in the form. For privacy questions, use the phone number shown on the home page.
